A Bit About Me
Indigo Dominique is a self-taught artist born in Germany but residing in the United States for most of her life. At a young age, she had a love for art and the creation of it but never thought it was a serious enough lifestyle to be driven by based on the strict and high expectations of her mentors and family. Although she was given multiple opportunities to do amazing things at a young age from being chosen to be on season 4 of ANTM, to a full scholarship to Georgia State for Journalism, out of fear of taking risks, and lack of guidance towards pushing for her own goals and dreams, she chose to join the military in 2012 where she spent 10 years serving. During this time although she learned and benefited greatly from her career she never was fully satisfied. She always felt as though she was being held back from fully being herself, and doing the things she loved.
While serving in the military, which took up potentially all her free time she still was able to make a large following on social media, market herself and gain sponsorships and brand deals, and monetize herself on all her most used social media platforms without much actual work. With a natural talent for social media marketing, insights, and a growing following; Indigo was able to create multiple social media platforms with more than 10 thousand followers. She was also able to successfully monetize and make passive income on multiple platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Twitch, and Youtube,
Although she was beginning to see her potential to become an influencer the lack of time was on her side with her career in the military, and as she continued to progress in her career and gain leadership positions, she was unable to focus on the things she enjoyed doing any longer. During that time she had become well known in the community for her derivative paintings, and her talent for turning digital art into physical paintings. With a love for lines and colors and the creation of blending, Indigo was able to make digital art into paintings consistently and went viral multiple times for it.
She hadn't intended to sell her art, only creating at the time as a hobby to help her mental health, but as more people continued to ask she began her first online business by commissioning and creating derivative pieces. The stress of having a full-time career in the military and also having a secondary business as a creator was disheartening for her, and as her business grew and more supply was demanded she began to realize she couldn't keep up. Being a one-person team; Indigo realized she had to make a decision to take a risk or continue with her career within the military.
After taking a hiatus from social media and going through multiple life-changing experiences Indigo, at last, realized she wanted to be a multidisciplinary creator. She didn't want to just do one form of art, and she wanted to successfully be an entrepreneur. By the end of 2022, Indigo will have retired from 10 years in the military as a Logistic Specialist to become a full-time artist, developer, and influencer.

2022 GOALS AND PLANS FOR INDIGO
With new opportunities and time to focus on the things she loves Indigo has large goals and intentions for herself once she is released from her military contract.
- EDUCATION - Indigo will be relocating to ATLANTA, GA where she will be going to the Art Institute of Atlanta for a B.A. in Illustration and Advanced Painting. She feels as though although she is good as a self-taught artist being technically trained will allow her to go above and beyond.
-WEB DEVELOPMENT - She is focusing her goals on learning FULL STACKED DEVELOPMENT in hopes to be a asset to the NFT Community outside of just art.
-SOCIAL MEDIA - Indigo will be focusing her energy on marketing on her social media platforms, creating content and art in returning to being a full-time artist without the full-time schedule of the military stopping her from being able to concentrate and thoroughly engage in networking and creating within the community she wants to be involved in.
Her main goal is to inspire others to go for their dreams, learn things above and beyond, enforce positivity and good mental health, and create a successful NFT/ART community while also collaborating with other artist and platforms.
Indigo is open to collaborate, network, be apart of any form of hosting, community management, and affliating/branding within the community she enjoys while she takes these steps to become a more advanced artist and developer.
